What does it mean to dispute fraudulent charges on my credit or debit card?

If you notice any suspicious or unauthorized transactions on your account, it's important that you file a claim as soon as possible for the posted transactions so we can help you resolve it quickly.

You can also file a claim if you believe one or more transactions have posted to your account or card in error. We can help you investigate the charges.

To dispute a Now Card or Debit Card transaction:

For your convenience, we provide three options to dispute unauthorized, fraudulent or incorrect transactions on your account.

  • Log in to Regions Online Banking and select Dispute Card Transaction from the “I Want To” menu on your account details screen or from the “Customer Service” tab.

    Note: There may be a limit to the number, amount, and/or types of transactions that may be disputed using Regions Online Banking.
