What happens if I change my mobile phone number?

If you change your mobile phone number and would like to continue to be a Text Banking customer or continue to receive text alerts, you must re-enroll your new phone number. Simply log in to Regions Online Banking and select Settings from the Customer Service tab. From the Mobile section, select the Mobile Preferences link to follow the easy enrollment instructions.

For Mobile Web or Mobile Apps, simply log in to from your mobile browser, or download the Mobile app to your new mobile device.
