How to Sort/Filter Transaction History in Regions Online Banking

Step 1

Once logged in to Online Banking, from the Account Overview page, select the account you would like to view.

Step 2

Select Date to view the Date Filter.

The default settings are Newest first and Most recent.

Select Oldest first to reverse the order of transactions displayed and/or the time frame you’d like to view (e.g. Last 90 days).

The menu will automatically close; you’ll be prompted to wait and transactions will display as selected.

Step 3

Select Type to view the Type Filter.

The default setting is All transaction types. Select All to clear the checkmarks.

Select desired transaction types and then Apply Filter.

The menu will automatically close; you’ll be prompted to wait, and transactions will display as selected.

If there are no matches for your selected item types, the following message will display: No transaction history records were found.

Step 4

Select Description to sort transactions in alphabetical or numerical order (e.g. check number).

You’ll be prompted to wait and transactions will display as selected. An arrow pointing upward will appear next to Description to indicate ascending order (i.e. from a to z).

Select Description again to sort in descending order (e.g. from z to a). The arrow will point downward.

Step 5

Select Amount to sort transactions from greatest dollar amount to least.

You’ll be prompted to wait and transactions will display as selected. An arrow pointing upward will appear next to Amount to indicate ascending order.

Select Amount again to reverse order from least to greatest. The arrow next to Amount will point downward.

Note: The Balance column will be hidden from view.
