What is a Customer Number?
A Customer Number is typically assigned and provided to you at account opening, and is used to enroll your accounts for Online Banking.
If you are enrolling for a personal account and don’t know your Customer Number, you can enroll using an ATM/ CheckCard, or call 1-800-240-7887 to confirm your request for a Customer Number.
If you are a business customer, please contact your branch or Business Banker for assistance with your Customer Number, which is required to enroll in Online Banking and cannot be provided by phone.
