How do I enable JavaScript?

JavaScript is a programming language that must be enabled on your browser to communicate with Regions Online Banking and properly display pages. The following instructions describe how to enable JavaScript on recommended browsers. If your browser isn't listed, please consult your browser’s online help pages to learn more.

Safari

  1. Open Safari.
  2. Select Preferences from the Safari menu.
  3. Click Security.
  4. Check Enable JavaScript.
  5. Close the window.
  6. Click Reload.

Internet Explorer

  1. Open Internet Explorer.
  2. Select Tools > Internet Options.
  3. Select the Security tab.
  4. Click the Internet zone.
  5. Click the Custom Level button.
  6. Scroll down to the Scripting section.
  7. Select Enable for Active Scripting and Scripting of Java Applets.
  8. Click OK.
  9. Select YES if a box appears to confirm.
  10. Click OK. Close window.

Chrome

  1. Click the Chrome menu icon on the browser toolbar.
  2. Select Settings.
  3. On the "Settings" page, click the Show advanced settings... link.
  4. In the "Privacy" section, click Content settings...
  5. Select Allow all sites to run JavaScript (recommended) in the "JavaScript" section.
  6. Click Done

Firefox

The ability to turn JavaScript on or off was removed from Firefox's standard settings.
