How do I change my contact information?
To review or edit your email address, phone number and other contact information:
- In Regions Online Banking, choose Customer Service, then Settings
- In Regions Mobile app, tap the Profile & settings icon and then select Contact information
Keep in mind that while you can update the email address or phone number for your account in the Settings area, it will not change your preferences for account-related notifications, text banking or custom account alerts. You can update those preferences separately:
