How do I change my email address?

To review or edit your email address and other contact information,

  • choose Customer Service, then Settings in Regions Online Banking, or
  • choose Settings in the menu of our mobile app.

Keep in mind that while you can update the email address for your account in the Settings area, it will not change your preferences for text banking, Notification Center alerts or Zelle. You can update those preferences separately.
