What information do I need before submitting an address change online?

Mailing Address:

To change the mailing address of one of your personal accounts, log in to Regions Online Banking and select Customer Service, then the Settings tab. In the Contact & Security section, choose Mailing Address. Use the check boxes to choose the appropriate account(s), add the new address in the fields provided and select Submit.

You may also view the mailing address associated with an account by tapping the profile & settings icon in the Regions Mobile app and then selecting Contact information, though you cannot edit the mailing address on file.

To edit the address for a business account, please visit your local branch.

Email Addresses:

You can provide a primary and a secondary email address for your account. To review or edit your email address and other contact information:

  • In Regions Online Banking, choose Customer Service, then Settings
  • In Regions Mobile app, tap the profile & settings icon then select Contact Information.

Keep in mind that while you can update the email address for your account in the Settings area, it will not change your preferences for account-related notifications, alerts or Zelle®. You can update those preferences separately.
