What if I don’t remember my Online ID or Password?

First, select Forgot Online ID or Password? from the Online Banking Login banner.

To reset your Password*, you will need:

  • Online ID
  • Account type
  • Account number
  • Social Security number

An email will be sent to the address on file to complete your password reset.

To retrieve your Online ID, you will need:

  • Email address associated with your account
  • Social Security number

After you reset your Online ID, you can check Remember Me in the login box so you don’t have to enter it each time you visit.

If you do not have any of the information listed above, please call Regions Customer Service at 1-800-472-2265 for assistance. 

*If you are a business user and your Online ID was provided by your organization, contact your company administrator to reset your password. If you are a non-resident alien (NRA) customer or do not have a Social Security number, you may need your Regions CheckCard, ATM card or Now card number and PIN to reset your password.
