What if I receive an Out of Band Authentication call or text which I did not request?
On your phone you should enter 911# as the phone response and if you receive a text you should reply with 911 or contact 1-800-472-2265. We may lock your Online Banking from further activity for security reasons and may call you at your phone number on file during business hours for resolution.
