When is the money for a bill payment withdrawn from my account?
In most cases, the money is electronically debited from your account on the pay date you select. However, in some cases we may draw a check on your account and mail it to your biller. When this happens the money is debited from your account when the check is presented for payment, which may be sooner or later than the pay date you select depending on when the biller receives and deposits or cashes the check.
Expedited Payment delivery fees are debited from your account the same business day the payment is initiated.
