How does a Personal Pay payment work?

As a Regions Online Banking customer, all you need to send a personal payment is the email address or mobile phone number of the person to whom you wish to send funds. After you schedule a payment, the recipient is sent an email or text message with instructions to claim the funds. If the recipient is already enrolled in the network, the funds can be deposited into any deposit account in as little as one business day.
