How do I turn on an alert?
Log in to Online Banking or the Regions Mobile app anytime to manage your settings for Regions Alerts, including choosing your preferred delivery method (email, text and/or push notification) and turning alerts on and off. Select Alerts from the Customer Service tab online or from the main menu in the app to get started.
When you add/edit delivery methods, each new email address, device and phone number* will be verified to ensure the security of your account information.
When/if you receive alerts from Regions may depend on factors outside of our control, including your email provider and mobile carrier, and your email, device and app settings.
