How do I report my card lost or stolen?

To report your Regions debit, ATM or Now Card® lost or stolen, log in to Regions Online Banking and select Customer Service, then select Report Lost or Stolen Card from the Card Services menu.

You can select a card to review the most recent transactions and determine whether suspicious activity is present or to identify the card that was lost or stolen. You can decide whether you would like a new card to replace the lost or stolen card.

In the Regions Mobile app, go to account details and tap Cards. Choose the card you're missing and select Lost or stolen card.
