How do I enroll in online statements?

To enroll in online statements for your account, you must be enrolled in Regions Online Banking.

  • In Online Banking: Log in and select Online Statements from the Accounts menu. On the Online Statements & Documents page, select the “Manage my statement delivery and email preferences” link and follow the directions on the screen to enroll or unenroll.
  • In the mobile app: Select the Regions account to view account details. Tap the Statements tab, then select Enroll Now. Enter your preferred email and tap Enroll in Online Statements.

Accounts that you open after you have enrolled in Online Banking may be automatically enrolled in online statements. Enrolling in online statements automatically enrolls you to also receive certain account-related notices electronically. You will receive an email letting you know when a new statement or document is available.
