The message says "Awaiting Regions Approval." Isn’t this supposed to automatically give me credit?

If you selected the Available Immediately option, you may have received a message saying "Awaiting Regions Approval." The Available Immediately option requires a brief review to make sure funds are available to cover the amount of the credit before the deposit can be completed and the account can be credited.

After the deposit is submitted, you may see one of the following:

  • Completed – The deposit has been approved and you have access to your deposited funds.
  • Declined – The request for immediate access to funds has been declined. You may try one of our non-immediate deposit options.
  • Awaiting Regions Approval – Regions is processing the deposit request. You should receive a response in less than 30 minutes on the status of the request.
  • Pending Customer Approval – The request for immediate access to funds has been approved. You must confirm the deposit before you can access the deposited funds.
