How can I receive money using Zelle®?

 

Receiving limits: We do not limit how much money you can receive with Zelle®. However, the sender may be subject to limits on how much they can send.

Requesting money using Zelle®: To request money using Zelle®, log in to your Regions Online Banking account or the Regions Mobile Banking app. Tap Request and select the contact from whom you want to receive the money1. If the contact you are requesting money from is not listed in your Zelle® contacts, you can add them. Enter the amount you want to request. Tap Review. If everything is correct, tap Request. If there is something you need to change you can tap Back to make corrections. Your contact will receive a notification by text or email that you have requested money. When your contact approves the request, we'll notify you that they've responded and sent you money, which will go directly into your account and be available typically in minutes.

 

1. Payment requests to persons not already enrolled with Zelle® must be sent to an email address.
