How to Cancel Pending Transfers

Step 1

Once logged in to Online Banking, from the Transfers menu, select Activity.

Step 2

On the Transfers Activity page, select the funding account for which you would like to view or change a transfer from the drop-down menu. 

Step 3

To cancel a scheduled transfer, select Cancel Transfer

Step 4

Select Yes to confirm the cancellation.

Step 5

You will receive confirmation of the successfully cancelled transfer. Select OK to close the notification.

You will be returned to the Activity screen and the cancelled transfer will no longer appear in your activity.

Step 6

To cancel a series of established automatic transfers completely, select Cancel Series.

Step 7

Select Yes to confirm the series cancellation.

Step 8

You will receive confirmation of the successfully cancelled transfers. Select OK to close the notification.

You will be returned to the Activity screen and the cancelled transfer will no longer appear in your activity.

Step 9

You will be returned to the Activity screen and the cancelled transfer will no longer appear in your activity.

From this screen you may select the Make a Transfer tab to create a new transfer or view activity for other accounts using the dropdown menu.
