What happens if the recipient was unable to pick up funds I transferred?

If the recipient was unable to pick up the funds because of a problem with the transaction or did not pick up the funds as expected, you may file a complaint or call 1-800-325-6000 (Espanol: 1800-325-4045) within 180 days of the date the funds should have been made available to the recipient. A Western Union customer service representative will attempt to contact you using the information you supplied within 24 hours.
