Why did I receive an error message that says "No Eligible Accounts"?

You must have a consumer checking or money market account that has been open for at least six months to be eligible for Western Union Online Money Transfer Service. Please be aware that for your security, Western Union money transfers may be temporarily restricted if you have recently enrolled in Online Banking or made changes to your Online Banking profile (eg., password change, online id change, change in your security questions, telephone number change, change of address, email address change, etc).
