Can I cancel a money transfer?

Internal transfers are immediately processed and reflected in your available balance, and for this reason cannot be canceled. Additional transfers can be made on the same day from the same accounts as long as the amount is not exactly the same as previously requested.

External transfers can be canceled before they have begun processing. You can find the status of your transfer using the Activity tab in Online Banking. You can edit and cancel recurring transfers; you'll be given the option to cancel only the next recurring transfer, or all the remaining transfers in the plan.
