How do I validate my email address?
For external transfers, unverified email addresses have a status of Awaiting verification on the Preferences page under My Other Accounts within External transfers.
In Online Banking, select the email that needs verification. When you select Verify, we will email a verification code to your unverified email address. Enter the code and submit.
To validate your email address in the Regions Mobile app, tap Pay & transfer in the bottom navigation, then tap Transfer money. Then choose External transfers.
Tap validate your email address to receive a verification code in your email. Enter the code you receive and submit.
Be sure your email address is up to date.
