Regions InvestPath^TM account features a simple and affordable pricing schedule:

• Minimum investment of $5,000* to open your account
• Accounts with an asset value under $10,000 will be charged a Small Account Fee of $20 per year (paid $5 quarterly)
• .70% of your account balance calculated annually. For example, an account valued at $10,000 would incur an annual fee of $70. The fee will be charged quarterly
• Other service fees may apply based on your account registration and activity
