What should I do before using my Regions Loyalty card?
Please call 1-866-591-4438 to set up a four-digit PIN number before using the card. Be sure to write down the card number, expiration date and three-digit security code located on the back of the Card and keep this information in a safe place. You will need it to request a replacement for a lost or stolen card or to report unauthorized transactions.
