Introducing overdraft and past-due alerts!

Now, if your Regions personal checking or savings account becomes overdrawn, or if your personal credit card account becomes past-due, we may alert you and offer options to help you resolve this situation. Here's how these alerts work.


Account status alerts*
We may notify you by a text, email, or phone call if:
  — You've overdrawn your personal checking or savings account, or
  — You've missed a payment on your personal credit card account

Self-service your account
These alerts will also provide you with the option to self-service your account by making a deposit or payment via an automated phone service at no charge. If you need assistance, Regions will connect you with a dedicated specialist for more information.

No need to request these alerts
Unlike alerts available through Regions Online and Mobile Banking, you don't have to sign up to receive these alerts – they are provided automatically. However, you have the option to discontinue these text or phone alerts at any time, and we won't text or call you with these account management alerts if you have previously requested us not to communicate with you through those methods. Opting out of these account management alerts will not impact any alerts you’ve registered for through Regions Online or Mobile Banking.
