Alerts & Notifications

Get easy access to the information you need to manage your finances, when you need it.

Alerts[1] send account information directly to you via email, SMS/text message[2] and push notifications. You can tailor your alerts selection so that you have details about your activity at your fingertips.

How to set up alerts

Online Banking[3]

You can set up and manage your alerts by choosing Alerts from the Customer Service tab. Log in to see the options available to you.

Mobile app[4]

You can set up and manage your alerts by choosing Alerts from the main menu. Log in to see the options available to you.

If you’re not currently accessing your account via Online Banking and/or the Regions mobile app, you can still benefit from the alerts service — provided you’re the primary account holder and have a valid email address on file with Regions[5]. You’ll automatically receive email alerts[6] for overdrafts and overdraft protection transfers and more. Find out how to keep your contact information current for these communications from Regions.
