Can I turn personal alerts on and off?
Yes. You now have the option to turn off and on the alerts you wish to receive. For example, if you only want to receive an alert when a bill pay fails you now have the ability to configure that option.

To turn off a personal alert, go to the Alerts and Reminders screen and click on the alert you would like to delete then choose delete when prompted.

To turn on an alert, choose Create Alert from the Preferences menu.
If you are a bill pay customer, three alerts have been configured for your service.

If you wish to disable these alerts, follow the above instructions.

Who can receive a personal reminder?
You can set up multiple email addresses within the Alerts & Reminders section so you can send a personalized reminder to anyone who has a valid email address.
