Getting Started with Regions Online Banking

Step 1: Gather information
To begin using Regions Online Banking for Business you will need the following information:

  • Login ID
  • Password

For security reasons, these items will be sent to you separately via U.S. mail.

Step 2: Login
Once you receive your password, you will be ready to login to Regions Online Banking for Business. To begin, go to our Web site ( www.regions.com ) and enter your Login ID and Password in the Login to Regions Online Banking box located at the upper left hand corner of the page.   • The password is case sensitive, meaning if you initially entered the characters in upper case, enter them in the same fashion during future login sessions.
  • You must use dashes in the Login ID.
  • As a first-time user, you will receive a prompt to enter a new password. A password must be 8 to 16 characters long and include both alpha and numeric characters (Example: 1regionsbank). To proceed, click Access Accounts.

Step 3: Explore and Learn
You can navigate through Regions Online Banking for Business by selecting the appropriate tab found across the top of the page. Click on the Help tab from any page within the site to learn more about a specific topic. In addition, we offer FAQs that can assist you with many of your questions.
