How can I confirm it was Regions that sent me a one-time code?

If you are an online/mobile banking customer using a United States-based mobile phone carrier* inside of the U.S.: You may receive one-time codes from the return numbers (also called short codes60102 or 734265. The email address for Online Banking one-time codes is Authentication@alert.regions.comWe will not send a one-time code from any other number or email address for online/mobile banking verification.

*Your mobile carrier’s messaging and data rates may apply.

If you’re using an international mobile phone plan outside of the United States: You will not be able to receive one-time codes via SMS.
