How do I order a replacement card?

If your Regions Debit Card, ATM Card or Regions Now Visa Prepaid Card has been damaged but is not lost or stolen, you can order a replacement card with the same number by selecting the Customer Service tab, then Order a Replacement Card from the Card Services section. Once you locate the card that was damaged, select Order Replacement Card to the right of that card. Please allow 5-7 business days for the new card to arrive in the mail.

Remember, you can also use the “I want to” menu from many pages to navigate to many common tasks.
