Enhancing your mobile app experience
Beginning late June to early July 2025, Regions Mobile app1 will update to a new design. The redesigned mobile app will present your account and financial insights front and center while making it easier to find tools, services and the assistance you need.
Look for an update in your app store coming soon! If you are set up with automatic updates, you will have nothing to do, otherwise you may need to manually update your app to see these changes.
What's new

Account information at your fingertips
The redesigned home screen will have an improved view of your accounts with the balance boldly displayed and quick links to common account tasks like making a mobile deposit and accessing LockIt®.2
You can tap into your account to manage your cards and view your routing and account number.
Personalized banking experience
Give your accounts a nickname, hide accounts and get customer support through Reggie®, our messaging feature.

We have reorganized the mobile app to help you find what you need.
- The navigation menu has moved: Access the menu at the bottom of the mobile app.
- Quick links: Allows you to access common tasks.
- Pay and transfer: Pay bills, transfer money, access Zelle® or make a deposit.
- Plan and learn: Access budget and planning, FICO score3 (for eligible customers) and explore products.
- Help: Contact us and get assistance by phone, through our messaging feature or find a branch.

Regions Mobile app is available in Spanish.4 Our easy-to-use mobile app offers account information and the ability to complete transactions in Spanish. Chat with a live Spanish-speaking Regions banker using Reggie®, our messaging feature.
