Regions is among the most reputable U.S. banks among our customers according to a new survey from advisory firm Reputation Institute and American Banker magazine. Regions is one of only six banks to achieve an “excellent” reputation ranking among customers, as defined by the Reputation Institute, and is the only bank in the Customer Top Five to achieve an increase in the customer score compared to 2017.
