Reputation Institute/American Banker

Regions was among the most reputable U.S. banks among our customers in a 2018 survey from advisory firm Reputation Institute and American Banker magazine. Regions was one of only six banks to achieve an “excellent” reputation ranking among customers, as defined by the Reputation Institute, and was the only bank in the Customer Top Five to achieve an increase in the customer score compared to 2017.
