What should I do if I have not been receiving any offers?

Offers are tailored to your needs based on how you use your CheckCard or Now Card. Offers may be dependent upon the type of retailers and other service providers with which you use your CheckCard or Now Card. The more frequently you use your card(s) the more likely you are to receive offers. You may also want to check your enrollment status to ensure you have not accidentally opted out of the program. If that is the case, you may re-enroll by clicking the enrollment link in Online Banking or by calling us at 1-800-4PC-Bank (472-2265).
