Accessible banking services
Regions is dedicated to providing banking services that are accessible to all Regions customers. To ensure that customers with disabilities can conduct their banking independently and with ease, the bank’s approximately 1,250 branch locations are compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act and over 1,800 automated teller machines (ATMs) have speech-output and voice-instruction capability, as well as earphone jacks for privacy.

Vision accessibility
For those with vision-related limitations, Regions offers tools designed to promote confident and independent access to banking services, including:
- Braille materials available upon request. Speak with a branch associate for assistance.
- Large‑print documents that are easier and more comfortable to read
- Audio CDs for customers who prefer listening
- Talking ATMs with private earphone jacks for secure, independent access
- Sight checks with raised lines to help guide writing and signatures
Hearing accessibility
For those with hearing-related limitations, Regions offers tools and services designed to support clear, accessible communication, including:
- Professional sign language interpreters (in-person or virtual), available by request
- TTY/TDD access through our contact center, call 1‑800‑374‑5791
- Telecommunications Relay Service to assist with communication needs

Regions follows internationally recognized accessibility standards and guidelines established by the World Wide Web Consortium.

Accessible financial wellness resources
Money basics for life, part of Regions Next Step®, is a financial education program designed to meet the needs of people with disabilities. The program focuses on building financial confidence, independence, and practical money‑management skills.
Courses are delivered by Regions associates who are trained to present the content in an accessible and inclusive manner. Instruction can be provided in English or Spanish, based on participant needs.

In addition to Regions‑led programs, public financial education resources may also be available at the state or local level. Customers may wish to check with local disability rights organizations or vocational rehabilitation agencies for additional resources available in their area.
