Why do I see a duplicate item in the "items received" window?

This is a known issue with QuickBooks for PC users and is being worked on to remedy as quickly as possible. The QuickBooks warning informs that there is a transfer that needs to be recorded in the QuickBooks register.

You can delete the duplicate item from the "items received" window and the register will then balance.
