How do I redeem my Cash Rewards?
You can redeem Cash Rewards by either:
- Logging in to Regions Online Banking and select the Redeem Now option
- Logging in to the Regions Mobile app and select Rewards & offers from the home screen. Then select View Cash Rewards balance. Choose an account and then select the Redeem Now button.
- Call the Cash Rewards Contact Center at 1-855-575-4640.
Cash Rewards can be redeemed in $25 increments, up to $500 per redemption. Cash Rewards can be redeemed for a statement credit or direct deposit to your Regions deposit account.
