I made my payment on time; why do I see a late fee?
If you pay at least the minimum amount due by the cut-off time on your due date, your payment will be on time. However, the payment may take up to 2 business days to post to your account (the “posted date”). You may see a late fee on your account the day after your due date, but it will be reversed automatically when the payment posts.
