If the payment is made in Regions Online Banking or the Regions Mobile App:

• If you pay your Regions credit card in Regions Online Banking or the mobile app, your payment will be credited as of the day it was made, if made before midnight Central time. If made at or after midnight CT, we will credit your payment as of the next day.

If the payment is made by mail to the address printed on your payment coupon:

• If you pay your Regions credit card by mail to the address printed on your payment coupon, your payment will be credited as of the date it is received if the payment is received by 5:00 p.m. local time at the stated address, and the payment meets the requirements of your Credit Card Agreement.
• Payments received after 5:00 p.m. local time at the stated address on any day (including the payment due date), will be credited as of our next business day.

If the payment is made at a Regions Branch:

• If you pay your Regions credit card at a branch, your payment will be credited as of the date it is received.

If the payment is made by phone at 1-800-253-2265:

• If you pay your Regions credit card by phone at 1-800-253-2265, your payment will be credited as of the day it was made, if made before midnight CT. If made at or after midnight Central time, we will credit your payment as of the next day.
