Your MFA settings are located within the Security Center of your Online Banking account.

To edit your MFA option, log in to Regions Online Banking and use one of the following methods to access these settings:

• Go to the Customer Service tab, then select Settings. Under the Security Info section, choose Authentication Settings.
• Select the Profile and Security menu, then choose Security Center, and then select Authentication Settings.
• From the Online Banking homepage, open the I Want To drop-down menu, choose View Security Center, and then select Authentication Settings.
