How do I set up or enable MFA for my account?
Regions automatically uses MFA as part of our security measures. There’s no need to manually set it up. When you are prompted for authentication during login, simply follow the instructions to enter the one-time code sent to you.
When MFA is required, we will display the most recent mobile phone numbers and/or other contact methods you have provided to us, and you can select which contact method you’d like us to send the code to. If you need to update your contact information, choose Settings from the Customer Service menu in Online Banking.
