How do I switch profiles online and in the app?
If your login information is the same for business and personal, you can easily change your profile view for different account types (personal or business).
In Online Banking, select the arrow icon next to the account name that’s currently displayed. Or use the Switch Profile link next to your recent login info.

In the mobile app, tap the profile icon (you’ll find it right at the top, next to the chat icon) and choose from the Switch profile menu.

You can set a default profile so that your personal or business accounts appear first when you access Online Banking or the app. Log in to Online Banking to manage this setting.
If your login information is different for your business and personal accounts, you will need to log in with the appropriate username and password for the specific profile.
