How do I order a replacement card?
If your Regions debit, ATM or Now Card® has been damaged, but not lost or stolen, you can order a replacement card with the same number in Regions Online Banking or the Regions Mobile app.
In Online Banking: Select Customer Service, then select Order Replacement Card from the Card Services section. Find the card you want to replace and select Order Replacement.
You can also use the I want to menu in Online Banking for more help.
In the mobile app: Go to your account and tap Cards. Find the card you want to replace and tap Replace Card.
Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the new card to arrive in the mail.
