Someone sent me money with Zelle®. How do I accept it?

If you have already enrolled with Zelle, you do not need to take any further action. The money will move directly into your Regions bank account associated with your enrollment, typically within minutes.

If you have not yet enrolled with Zelle and linked to your Regions bank account, follow these simple steps:

  1. Click on the link provided in the payment notification.
  2. Select Regions as your bank.
  3. Follow the instructions provided on the page to enroll and receive your payment.*

*Make sure that the U.S. mobile phone number or email address you use to enroll is the same as the sender used (the number or email address to which the notification was sent).
