How do I transfer a balance to my Regions credit card?
You can request a balance transfer through Regions Online Banking. Log in, select your credit card account and choose Request a Balance Transfer from the I Want To drop down menu in the upper right corner of the page. You can also request a balance transfer by calling 1-800-253-2265.
After you complete your balance transfer, you should continue to make at least your minimum payment on the account from which you transferred the balance until you confirm the balance transfer is complete. You will need to contact your other creditor if you want to close your account.
