Will I pay interest on new purchases if I take advantage of a promotional balance transfer offer?
If you transfer a balance and also make new purchases, you may be assessed interest on new purchases unless a 0% APR also applies to your purchases. When you transfer a balance, you typically carry the balance from month to month. Unless you have a Term It® Plan, you will generally lose your grace period on new purchases if you carry a balance from month to month. Please refer to your cardmember agreement for more details.
