Regions CDs are uncertificated time deposit accounts and subject to the terms and conditions of the Regions Deposit Agreement and other related disclosures, terms, and conditions. This page is not an offer or contract and does not amend the Deposit Agreement, the terms of which govern and control. Rates offered for CDs may be changed at any time without notice. Interest on CD accounts with terms longer than 12 months must be paid at least annually. Substantial penalty for early withdrawal. Fees could reduce earnings on Account. Offer is subject to change at any time. Not available for brokered deposits, or to public entities, financial institutions, or Commercial Banking customers, as defined by Regions and/or as indicated in Regions’ records.
The Relationship Pricing interest rates and Annual Percentage Yield (APY) are available to depositors who meet the following relationship requirements:
- The time deposit term must be at least 32 days and
- The primary or secondary designated owner on the time deposit must be the primary or secondary designated owner on an open Regions Bank checking account in good standing during the term of the time deposit.
If you do not meet the bank's relationship requirements, your account will earn the lower Standard Pricing interest rates and APYs. Details about Relationship Pricing and Standard Pricing are disclosed in time deposit account documentation and disclosures and are available from the Bank's customer service representatives. Please note that IRA deposits are not eligible for Relationship Pricing.
Overdraft Protection allows you to link your Regions checking account to a Regions savings account, money market account, credit line or credit card account. If one or more transactions would overdraw your checking account, we will automatically transfer money to your checking account from your linked account, as provided in the Regions Deposit Agreement. See your checking account Pricing Schedule for additional details.
Fee will be assessed for each withdrawal, transfer or payment (including checks) in excess of six per statement period. Transfers from one Regions account to another Regions account conducted in Regions Online Banking or Mobile Banking and automatic Overdraft Protection Transfers will not apply to this item count. See Pricing Schedule. We will charge you no more than six (6) Excessive Withdrawal/Item fees per statement period.
$5 monthly fee. Waived with $500 minimum daily balance. The minimum daily balance is the ending posted balance that must be maintained in the account each day of the statement period. The ending balance for any day is the opening balance for the next day.
To get started with Online Statements, simply enroll in Regions Online Banking or the Regions mobile app. You must have a valid Social Security Number or Taxpayer Identification Number in order to enroll in Regions Online Banking. If you are an existing Online Banking customer, log in and select the Online Statements link in the top navigation under Accounts; or log in to the Regions mobile app, select the eligible Regions account, and tap the Statement tab. Changes in applicable fees will become effective beginning with the end date of the statement period in which Online Statements are activated or canceled, as the case may be.
$12 monthly fee. Waived with $5,000 minimum daily balance. The minimum daily balance is the ending posted balance that must be maintained in the account each day of the statement period. The ending balance for any day is the opening balance for the next day.
Enrollment in Online Banking for business requires an eligible Regions account. To enroll in Online Banking for business, you must either: have a Social Security or taxpayer identification number. There is no fee to access Online Banking, but fees may apply to certain products and services offered through Online Banking.
