How to change my PIN or request a PIN reminder for my card
You can change your PIN for your Regions debit, credit, ATM, or Now Card® in Online Banking or by visiting a branch.
If you’ve forgotten your PIN, you can request a reminder by mail in Regions Online Banking or in the Regions Mobile app. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for your PIN reminder to arrive in the mail.
Change PIN or request reminder Online Banking
Go to your account and select Customer Service and the Services tab. Under Card Services, select Manage PIN where you can change or request a reminder for your PIN.
Request PIN reminder in the mobile app
Go to your account and tap Cards. Then in the Security section, tap PIN reminder.
