What is a balance transfer?

A balance transfer moves some or all the amount you owe from one credit card to another, often to take advantage of a lower annual percentage rate (APR) or another promotional offer. Regions doesn't permit balance transfers from one Regions account to another Regions credit card.  Balance transfers can help by paying off higher-rate credit cards and consolidating balances into one payment. Fees may be associated with your balance transfer.

How do I sign up for payment alerts?

You can set up and manage your alerts by choosing Alerts from the Customer Service tab in Online Banking or from the main menu of the mobile app. Select Payment Reminder and make your selection for alert delivery.

When/if you receive alerts from Regions may depend on factors outside of our control, including your email provider and mobile carrier, and your email, device and app settings. Your mobile carrier’s messaging and data fees may apply.

You must be enrolled in Regions Online Banking and have an eligible Regions Visa® credit, debit, or Now® Card to participate in the Regions Offers® program. Offers are available from participating merchants and may change at any time. Cash back may take up to 90 days from the date of purchase to be credited to your account or Now Card. For credit card accounts, cash back will be applied as a statement credit, not as a payment. You are still required to make at least your minimum payment by the due date. See the Regions Offers Terms and Conditions for additional details.
