Small Business Paid Services Addendum to Agreement and Disclosure Statement for Electronic Banking Services

This Small Business Paid Services Addendum (the “Addendum”) supplements and constitutes a part of the Regions Agreement and Disclosure Statement for Electronic Banking Services and sets forth additional terms and conditions for the use of certain Services made available to business customers through Regions Online Banking. The Regions Agreement and Disclosure Statement for Electronic Banking Services (the “Agreement”) sets forth the terms and conditions for use of our online and electronic banking services.
