Instructor-led financial education activities

Regions offers financial education activities for schools and nonprofit organizations. Topics include basic budgeting and money-management skills, improving your credit score, preparing for homeownership, and achieving your broader financial goals. To broaden our reach, we offer financial education not only in English and in-person, but also in Spanish and virtually. We also offer a fun budget simulation game called Reality Check, that gives young adults and students an interactive and hands-on experience of building a family budget and making decisions on monthly expenses to stay on their budget.

Accessible financial wellness resources

Regions strives to provide people with disabilities with the guidance, tools and ability to bank independently and on their own terms.

  • The Regions Money Basics for Life seminar series is designed to help people with cognitive disabilities learn financial concepts and enhance their independent living skills in managing their money. The financial concepts are relevant and relatable, simple and straightforward, and illustrated with pictures and engaging activities. Topics include managing your money, importance of credit, and avoiding identity theft.
  • Regions partnered with Magnusmode to offer the Regions MagnusCards1 app that provides visual, audio and step by step instructions to better navigate banking transactions.
