How do I add a biller?
Follow these steps to add your biller(s) from our automated bill discovery feature and/or your credit report.
Steps for Online Banking
- First, log in to Online Banking using your username and password
- Select the Payments menu dropdown, then Bill Payment
- Read the message for new customers. When you are ready, select Continue
- Next you will want to quickly add your billers. Select Bills from our biller network and/or Your credit report to input the billers you frequently pay. Keep in mind, there is no impact to your credit score when searching for billers.
- Select Find My Bills
- The results of the biller search are grouped in two categories: Quick Add and Add with Verification.* When you have selected and added all your billers, select Add bills.
Steps for mobile app
- Log in to the mobile app using your username and password, facial recognition or fingerprint
- Tap on the Bill pay shortcut at the top of the home page or you can tap the Pay & transfer navigation tab at the bottom of the screen and then tap Bill pay within the Pay section
- Read the message for new customers. When you are ready, tap Continue
- Next you will want to quickly add your billers. Tap Bills from our biller network and/or Your credit report to input the billers you frequently pay. Keep in mind, there is no impact to your credit score when searching for billers.
- Tap Find My Bills
- The results of the biller search are grouped in two categories: Quick Add and Add with Verification.* When you have selected and added all your billers, tap Add bills.
You have successfully added your billers to your bill pay account, and you will now see them under the My billers section.
Manually add a biller in Online Banking
If you need to manually add a biller you did not see within the previous process, follow these steps:
- Within the Pay Bills tab, select the Add biller button
- Search for your biller’s name
- Once the system finds your biller, select Next
- Input the Account number, confirm your Account number and add a payment nickname, if needed
- Select Add
Your biller is now added.
Manually add a biller in mobile app
- Tap on the Bill pay shortcut at the top of the home page or you can tap the Pay & transfer navigation tab at the bottom of the screen and then tap Bill pay within the Pay section
- Tap the Add biller button
- Search for your biller’s name
- Once the system finds your biller, tap Next
- Input the Account number, confirm your Account number and add a payment nickname, if needed
- Tap the Add button
Your biller is now added.

* With Quick Add, there is no verification or details needed for billers to be added. When using Add with Verification, you will need account number(s) and ZIP Code for each biller to add.
